A luxurious five-floor penthouse due on the
market next year is a certified billionaire’s playground guaranteed to
have the world’s wealthiest home buyers picking their jaws up off the
floor.
The lavish Monaco apartment is going for a staggering $318 million
and has breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and its very own
water slide that spills into a rooftop infinity pool, the Daily Mail
reports.
The posh pad is located in Tour Odeon, a 560 ft tower, that will be
the coastline’s second tallest skyscraper when construction is completed
next year.
Ritzy residents are guaranteed to live in
the lap of luxury with a 24/7 concierge service, a private chauffeur,
in-house caterer, health center and numerous swimming pools, according
to
the Daily Mail.
Tour Odeon will have 70 apartments and duplexes that will be fit for even the highest maintenance divas.
“These duplexes and the penthouse are set to catch the eye of those
looking for the very best properties across the world’s leading
markets,” said James Price from Knight Frank, the real estate company
hired to sell the apartments.
Despite the excitement coming from the
world’s rich and famous, locals in the neighboring town of Beausoleil
view the swanky skyscraper as an eye sore, adding that the behemoth has
ruined their spectacular views.
